About the Farm
Established as a commercial apple orchard in 1966, the farm is ideally situated on the Northern gateway to the Ashdown Forest. It is found close to the picturesque village of Hartfield, made famous by A.A. Milne’s stories of Winnie the Pooh & friends, in an area of outstanding Natural beauty in the heart of the Sussex countryside.
Perryhill Orchards has expanded from a small self-service farm shop to now hosting a variety of no cost attractions for all the family to enjoy.
The established family-run farm allows families and individuals alike to enjoy the countryside, browsing in the farm shop and craft centre, enjoying Nick the Butcher, sampling apple juices and ciders, relaxing over a pot of tea in the friendly atmosphere of the new “Orchard Tea Rooms” (open wed-sunday) or even designing your home makeover with a new fireplace from our fireplace centre or the extensive range of locally produced crafts that are on display and for sale around the farm.
