Our original farmhouse has now been converted into a unique tea room, with far reaching views across the Ashdown Forest.


In the summer sit outdoors in the tea garden and enjoy the views, and in the winter enjoy the warmth from our winter warmer specials.

The tea rooms will be open all year round.

Relax with a freshly brewed cup of tea whilst sampling our home-made cakes or peruse our lunchtime menu and be tempted into trying one of the scrumptious local dishes.
Snacks & light lunches also available or try Glyn's new "all day breakfast", it is proving very popular.
